Expect delays with postage providers at this time of year. Once your order has been placed, please refer to your tracking information for accurate delivery times. Call or email us for any questions.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours, if ordered on the weekend, we'll get your order out on Monday.
Free postage on orders $100 or over. A $7.95 flat rate for orders under $100 will occur.
Postage on surfboards/softboards & other heavy items may apply to various states, see below for surfboard & softboard shipping rates.
FREE EXPRESS surfboard/softboard postage to anywhere in NSW, QLD & VIC.
Surfboard postage fees to all other areas:
- Postage to NSW, QLD & VIC: FREE
- Postage to WA: $70
- Postage to SA: $50.
- Postage to NT: $140 (may exclude some areas).
- Postage to TAS: $60.
- Choose Postage at Checkout.
- Allow 2 - 7 days business days Shipping Time.
Bodyboard postage: $20 Australia wide.
Flat rate of $100 for used boards - Postage available Australia wide - Please note, second hand boards will have imperfections from the previous owner. You are buying this at your own risk - We try to provide as much info as we can. We accept no responsibility for the condition of second hand boards.
Signature on delivery is required for orders over $100 - Please ensure you supply an address that can be used for signature on delivery. No delivery to PO Boxes.
We ship all products Australia wide! Even surfboards & softboards. Rates on surfboards/softboards & other heavy items may apply to various states.
At this stage we only ship within Australia. It is possible to send items to a freight forwarding company in Australia and then have items sent overseas. This requires the organisation of the customer.
You can choose to pick up your purchase in-store. Please choose this option at the checkout instead of postage. Your item will be put behind the counter ready for collection once the sale is finalised online.

Our online stock is linked to our inventory system so what you see online is in stock.
While we try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, there will sometimes be errors in the system. In this instance, we will notify you as soon as possible and process a refund on the same day.
It depends on where you are. Usually 2-7 business days. Orders are usually sent on the same day if purchased before 12pm or the next day if after 12pm. If ordered on the weekend, we will endevour to send your order the next possible business day.
In the very rare event that your board is damaged after all of the loving care that we have shown it, then we either repair the damage so that the board is as new, or we replace it with a new board!
Bummer! Don't fret though, we will get it sorted for you! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and clear photos of the damage on the board and the box it came in and we will get you surfing in no time.
Some items have a bulky item charge shown at the shipping checkout. These items are generally very expensive to send and require extensive packing.
Full priced items - eligible for exchange or online store credit.
Sale items - are eligible for a exchange or store credit.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! We don’t refund on change of mind purchases, however we do exchange full priced items within 21 days of the order date.

Conditions of Return/Exchange
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. The returned item must be in the original packaging (e.g. shoe box). The receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return. The customer must cover the cost of the return postage for the item (unless deemed faulty by our team). If exchanging an item, the customer must cover the cost of the new item being posted. Payment will be required prior to the new item being sent out.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, make sure you have read our conditions of return then follow the steps below:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a note explaining whether you require an exchange or credit note. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel or bubble wrap for protection or the return may be refused.

We are so sorry if you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect. If this happens, please follow the below so that we can sort the issue out as quickly as possible for you!
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, a brief description of the fault/incorrect item along with a photo of item. Once we receive your email we’ll let you know the instructions for sending back the item. On receipt of the item, we’ll inspect it and provide you with an update. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The time that it takes for the credit to process will depend on your cards issuer's policies
