Featuring classic curves from the 70’s, combined with a contemporary array of concaves on the bottom, the Volume Midlength HDT offers a smooth yet highly responsive feel for a board of this length. It delivers exceptional trim speed over flatter sections and the ability to duck and weave through steeper parts of the wave, perfect for dedicated surfers wanting to maintain their status in the line-up, and the older crew needing to keep up with the kids.
HDT (High Definition Technology) uses advanced composite technology to combine its moulded Securecell EPS core, high modulus fibreglass reinforcement and foaming epoxy resin inside a high precision vacuum mould. Each element is engineered to work as part of a complete system rather than as isolated components.
The moulded EPS core provides a perfectly shaped, fully fused foundation. The composite fibreglass layup adds directional strength and controlled flex. The foaming epoxy resin locks everything together into a unified, sandwich structured shell that ensures the board delivers incredible durability, smooth glide and flowing performance of the Volume Midlength at an unbeatable value.
