The John John (M) Techflex signature fin is a medium sized Speed Control fin with a Ride Number of 4.0. It was designed by JJF to be a larger, more drivey version of the F4 template, with additional base and rake. The Techflex construction and flat foil give this fin a stable feel, making it ideal for controlling speed in more powerful waves. For John John, this is his weapon of choice in all conditions.
Mick's fin has a dynamic flex pattern offering bursts of speed. Ideal for power surfers who like to snap hard off the top and carve long roundhouse cutbacks, this fin provides maximum drive. Loves open face, down-the-line waves, particularly good in point and reef breaks.
The AM1 & AM2 Techflex, designed by Al Merrick of Channel Island Surfboards, is a medium size Speed Control fin with a Ride Number of 4.0. The template features a wider base and refined tip, for the perfect mix of drive and release. The Techflex construction and flat foil give this fin a stable feel, making it ideal for controlling speed in more powerful waves.
The FCS II FT is constructed with ultra-light materials and combines the drawn out influences of a more raked fin with the all-round versatility of the Performer. This exciting combination delivers exceptional drive and control off the bottom without hampering the speed off the top and release through the lip that's now synonymous with Filipe's fast aerial style of surfing. Loves a wide range of conditions, particularly good in critical overhead waves..
The AM1 Fiberglass fin was designed by iconic shaper Al Merrick. Of the three AM1 sets this is the stiffest version, making it optimal for stability and control in powerful surf while the additional rake provides hold when driving through carves. A wide base and refined tip provides hold off the bottom and release off of the top while the fiberglass adds durability in reef breaks.
Elongated fin for performing long arc turns. High degree of sweep angle provides exceptional control off the bottom and when carving on the open face. Designed for power surfers who like to push hard against their fins and draw out their turns. New Carbon Core delivers instant acceleration when you push against fins, and a smoother feel at high speeds when performing critical turns. Loves open face, down-the-line waves, particularly good in point and reef breaks.
The AM2 Techflex 5-Fin, designed by Al Merrick of Channel Island Surfboards, is a large size Speed Control quad/thruster combo with a Ride Number of 4.0/4.0 respectively. As one of the most popular thruster fins in the range the template features a wider base and refined tip, for the perfect mix of drive and release. The quad rears follow the same profile, offering a perfect option for a heavy foot or extra wide tail board.
Merrick's tri-quad (5 fin) set allows you to customise the performance of your board. The thruster offers exceptional drive off the bottom and quick tail release, the quad set is ideal for riding the barrel and smooth carves on the open face. Loves hollow steep waves or punchy beach breaks.
For 2018, Futures have updated the Firewire 5-fin. The template features a carbon fiber base for stiffness and ample drive, while the tip of the fins feature honeycomb and unidirectional carbon fiber, for a lively response out of your turns. These fins are designed to complement the Gamma, Sci-Fi, Omni, Cymatic, and other high-performance models. Grab your set today and take your Firewire to the next level.

The EPS works well in this model and is a great summer daily driver from Stacey.
Been riding this board for 3 months, in all sorts of conditions and it doesn't disappoint.
This board for me, sits in-between a dedicated small wave groveler (1-3ft) and a small wave performance board (up to 4ft+).
This board is great for those summer conditions, goes across flat sections well and has no trouble generating speed.
The shape is user friendly and quite a forgiving ride, would definitely buy another Stacey.
My Dims: 72kg, 5'10", riding a 5'11" 30.5L (easily floats me)
Awesome board, it flies, paddles well and holds good yet turns on a dime. Used futures Alpha T1 + stabiliser and Alpha F8 thrusters and felt like it was designed for either so super versatile. Phantom phlex is insane construction very solid yet lively at the same time and light. A++++
ive been wearing this model reef boot for nearly 20 years these are a upgrade in certain aspects but you cant get a better design very difficult for waves to rip off and also plenty of feel i use them even when not on reefs the extra traction is only a bonus dont get me wrong sea urchins can penetrate any bootie but if you want to look after your feet especially in the tropics these are my pick got to have the split toe on any boot your big toe does a lot have an injured big toe and you realise how much you control with it
On the recommendation from the Sandbah boys, bought these fins for my daily driver (Stacey Wave Slave), the smaller back fin is great and keeps the board lively/playful.
Used them in my HPSB (Channel Islands Two Happy) in solid 4ft and gave heaps of drive/confidence.
These are a real go to fin for me, highly recommended.
(Do yourself a favor and buy some grub screws to retain fins, incase like me, you accidently bump your fin under water from behind and lose it, otherwise FCS will gladly sell you a single).
