This board is very versatile. Full curvy outline with a semi wide nose for early entry, but narrow enough for easy rail to rail transitions. The two + one fin configuration gives the board more drive. Can also be surfed as a single fin only for that "pivoty" feel. Being Made in Highland essentially a single fin, it has more range in that you can surf it from further up the board.
The moderate double concave into a concave V make it very fast, and together with the curvy outline, very manoeuvrable. The deck has a fair amount of roll that leads off into a low mid rail, hiding the thickness making for a very slick feel.
Glassing: Standard (4+4 deck, 4 bottom)
Fin Boxes: Box Single + FCS2 Side Bytes x 2 (Fins not included)
Tail shape: Round Tail
Dimensions/Litres: See size graph above
Town & Country Surf Designs, founded in 1971 by Craig Sugihara, is one of the most iconic Hawaiian surf brands of our time.
T&C's first store was converted from an old barber shop in Pearl City, Hawaii. From these humble beginnings, through the 70's, 80's and early 90's, the unmistakable T&C Yin Yang logo became a symbol for Hawaiian power surfing through the brand's relationships with some of the heaviest, and most innovative surfers on the north shore.
T&C's alumni of surfers is breathtaking; Larry Bertlemann, Dane Kealoha, Marvin Foster, Matt Archbold, Christian Fletcher, Sunny Garcia, Ben Aipa, Johnny Boy Gomes, Chris Ward, Bobby Martinez, Shea Lopez, Kahea Hart, Martin Potter, Ross Williams and of course, the 2018 WSL Big Wave World Champion Billy Kemper. A who's who of the north shore's pecking order.
In the mid to late 80's, a golden era for T&C on the north shore, young team riders Matt Archbold and Christian Fletcher, dubbed the "Air Brigade" were taking surfing to new levels. The excitement created by this new radical surfing attracted many shapers and team riders to Town & Country.
About this time a new crew of young powerful Hawaiian surfers were starting to make their mark on the international competitive surf scene. Sunny Garcia joined the Town & Country team at age 13 and under the coaching of Ben Aipa honed the fundamentals that ultimately lead him to the World Title. Johnny Boy Gomes built on the aggressive and powerful image flowing from Town & Country. Both Sunny and Johnny Boy were standout surfers in heavy Hawaiian surf continuing the legacy started by Dane.
Despite the intimidating nature of some of its riders, T & C Surf Designs is here to share and perpetuate the stoke and aloha of the Hawaiian surfing lifestyle. And, like the quintessential Yin Yang logo, the brand has remained balanced, and true to their roots. This balance has defined, and will continue to define, the evolution of T&C Surf.

This is a great board that will give you a few options on how to surf it, from a single fin to a trip fin and the a single to side bites either way your going to have fun.
The EPS works well in this model and is a great summer daily driver from Stacey.
Been riding this board for 3 months, in all sorts of conditions and it doesn't disappoint.
This board for me, sits in-between a dedicated small wave groveler (1-3ft) and a small wave performance board (up to 4ft+).
This board is great for those summer conditions, goes across flat sections well and has no trouble generating speed.
The shape is user friendly and quite a forgiving ride, would definitely buy another Stacey.
My Dims: 72kg, 5'10", riding a 5'11" 30.5L (easily floats me)
Awesome board, it flies, paddles well and holds good yet turns on a dime. Used futures Alpha T1 + stabiliser and Alpha F8 thrusters and felt like it was designed for either so super versatile. Phantom phlex is insane construction very solid yet lively at the same time and light. A++++
ive been wearing this model reef boot for nearly 20 years these are a upgrade in certain aspects but you cant get a better design very difficult for waves to rip off and also plenty of feel i use them even when not on reefs the extra traction is only a bonus dont get me wrong sea urchins can penetrate any bootie but if you want to look after your feet especially in the tropics these are my pick got to have the split toe on any boot your big toe does a lot have an injured big toe and you realise how much you control with it
On the recommendation from the Sandbah boys, bought these fins for my daily driver (Stacey Wave Slave), the smaller back fin is great and keeps the board lively/playful.
Used them in my HPSB (Channel Islands Two Happy) in solid 4ft and gave heaps of drive/confidence.
These are a real go to fin for me, highly recommended.
(Do yourself a favor and buy some grub screws to retain fins, incase like me, you accidently bump your fin under water from behind and lose it, otherwise FCS will gladly sell you a single).
